Inner Work involves deep listening, accurate empathy, and sharp brevity. In my work, I have been involved in the diverse, rich, and creative deep listening between the depth of psychology and struggling hearts.
Through the experiences of sitting intimately to understand a human, I found a significant purpose in bringing my exposures to public and social awareness.
My talks/workshops normally focus on mental health challenges and somatic mindfulness approaches to reconnect with one's natural rhyme, meaning, purpose, and joyful living. Where one is light and full in sharing oneself with their loved ones.
